Rio Isla Hydroelectric Project
The 4.2-MW Rio Isla Hydroelectric Project is located approximately 800 kilometers south of Santiago, in the Los Rios Region of Chile. The Rio Isla project will use flows from the Isla River in a low-impact run-of-river design. Riverbank Power’s partner in the project is Portal Santa Laura Ltda., a Chilean company involved in diverse business sectors.
